This is a Christmas card I drew a few years ago. For some reason I have a morbid fascination with Santa Claus. Over the years I have drawn him in a variety of predicaments. I never give the old gentleman an even break. This cartoon speaks about the way we mental health professionals describe ordinary behaviour in clinical terms.

Hang on!

Did I just imply that Santa's behaviour is ordinary?

Worse still! Did I just imply that Santa exists?

I think I'll go have the bolts on my reality testing tightened!

The guy doing the talking is me. I used to look like that until my beard went grey.
